Happy Monday!!! I hope your weekend was fabulous. I had a very chill weekend and the best part was my Sunday brunch. I am obsessed with coconut lately and I was so excited when I found toasted coconut coffee at the store. It is so yummy! My Greek inspired omelette was also very delicious. I love lazy Sundays!
